Two days ago students representing each house put on their aprons and creative hats to start the two day competition that would involve them constructing and decorating ginger bread houses.
There were around forty students who took part and the temptation not to eat the decorations was hard but they produced some beautiful houses that would even impress Hansel and Gretel.
It was a hard task for the judges but they narrowed it down and the eventual winning team were Centaur with their house that featured stained glass windows made from boiled sweets and a fondant Santa sat at the entrance with a selection of presents and his friends the Snowman and the Penguin.
Well done to all who took part, you should all be proud of what you achieved. |
