Volunteering for the Air Ambulance

A group of students from Beauchamp College have completed their volunteering section of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. The seven students were Shanae Balsara, Imran Patel, Rhya Vaja, Rohan Kanabar, Aadil Gaffar, Dillon Patel and Arjun Sambhi. They worked for the Air Ambulance through attending many Functions in the Oadby Area, which included the Leicester Airport Air Cadets Open Day, bag packing at Marks and Spencers and many more. Their help and dedication was very much appreciated by the Air Ambulance who are a charity that rely on public donations and annually need to raise £1.7 million. Anne Bond a volunteer for the Air Ambulance in the Oadby area presented the students with certificates.
